BACT HOST SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP EVENT WORKSHOP

BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT) hosted a ‘partnership event’ on Monday 23rd January at the Pirelli Stadium in Burton. Colleagues from South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare Foundation Trust met with members of the Trust to present the work that they do in the area, allowing the Trust themselves to share their own initiatives which support around 8000 people in their area.

Chris Wood Vice Chair of Burton Albion Community Trust, said: “Thank you for everybody and their colleagues for their excellent participation at the workshop. I believe we all found it very informative and created a lot of opportunities for working together on behalf of our organisations and most importantly the communities we serve.”

An action plan is being shared to progress our partnership work and first steps have already been agreed to enhance our respective services.

Thanks to Hannah Thompson, Dave Haylock, Karl Bradley, Dave Bradbury, Dr Gail Thomas, Julie Whitehouse and Stacy Kerr-Delworth from SSFT for their contributions.
