BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT) are launching a brand new social league for anyone aged 16 years and over at Anglesey Academy Primary School.
The aim of the Reach Out League is to get inactive young people from across East Staffordshire playing football and taking part in physical activity, every Tuesday night between 5pm and 7pm young people can join BACT staff at the school site.
Each week there will be a set of fixtures and the results from the league will be collated and published, young people can organise there own team of 5 to play or just turn up and join a team on the night for just £1.
Dan Brooks Project Coordinator said “this is a fantastic opportunity for young people to have a game with there mates, compete against them and join Burton Albion Community Trust staff weekly in a fun, social league.”
