- Provide high quality opportunities to create a healthier community
- Inspire and engage young people aged 11-19 through the power of football and the BAFC brand.
- Develop a broad offer of opportunities which are both inclusive and exclusive for adults and young people with disabilities in East Staffordshire.
The Heath and Inclusion department’s aim is to provide programmes that can have a positive impact on the health agenda within the Burton and surrounding areas. We want to use BAFC, our staff and our stadium as a vehicle to help create a healthier local community.
Through our Albion2Engage project our aims is to help provide opportunities to individuals from 11-19 years to participate in free football and Multi-Sport sessions whilst using the brand of Burton Albion Football Club. All staff aim to engage, inspire and educate all individuals of mixed abilities and ages.
Burton Albion Community Trust work hard to develop football and a variety of opportunities for people with disabilities in Burton and East Staffordshire. Developed and co-ordinated by a full time Disability Officer, we are able to offer greater experiences and provision for both children within the community.
