Are you over 50? Do you want to get fit? Feel more confident on your feet?

Burton Albion Community Trust is offering anyone over the age of 50 the opportunity to come and take part in our weekly fitness sessions delivered by BACT staff.

Our friendly staff will guide participants each week through a series of exercises and movements which will promote those attending to maintain and develop a healthy active lifestyle.

All ability levels and genders are welcome to attend the sessions which will take place between 10.30am and 11.30am every Tuesday from the 23rd February 2016, all you need is a drink and comfortable clothing.

Based at the Community Hub in Grange Street, DE14 2ER the site has plenty of FREE parking, access ramps and facilities to support all abilities, at the end of the session there will be a chance for participants to have a chat over tea or coffee before heading off.

John Widdowson Health and Inclusion Manager said “These new sessions are a great way to keep fit, lean new skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time”.
