NEXT Monday (25th July) will see Burton Albion Community Trusts summer holiday courses get underway. The courses, available to all children aged 5-12 of mixed abilities, are live and are available to book via the BACT website. The sessions will provide children a great opportunity to play football, whilst learning skills and taking part in mini tournaments alongside qualified BACT coaches. Competitions, prizes and the chance to meet the Burton Albion players and mascots, as well as many more surprises, will arise during the five-week period.

The courses are on-going throughout the summer break, up until the final week of the 6 weeks’ holidays, ending on 26th August. There are courses starting next Monday (25th) at Shobnall Leisure Centre (Burton), as well as at Oldfields Sports and Social Club (Uttoxeter). A specific girls-only course will also start at Shobnall on the same date and is available to book online.

Throughout the summer, BACT also have ‘Baby Brewers’ sessions available for children aged 2-4, as well as GKU goalkeeping sessions, which are both open to children of all abilities.
