BACT aims to provide talented players (aged 9-16) playing in grassroots football, with an opportunity to practice and play in a professional environment whilst representing Burton Albion Community Trust and Burton Albion Football Club.
We intend to further enhance the development of these gifted players following a trial period.

- All registered players need to be living within 1 hour away of the stadium
- Games programme during school holidays with our Premier League and Football League partner clubs including Burton Albion Academy
- X2 annual Player development reviews
- High quality coaching from UEFA A & B qualified coaches
- Player centered syllabus linked with attacking and defending principles of play
- GK specific programme
- 1 hour weekly sessions across a 36 week programme during the school term
