A bootcamp style training programme delivered by a fully qualified Personal Trainer. The programme is designed around participants to ensure participants get the results they want. Circuits, boxercise, HIIT and many other styles of training all rolled in to 2 weekly sessions.
When: Monday & Thursday (5.45pm-6.30pm)
Where: Pirelli Stadium (DE13 0AR) – Meet Outside the Vera Goode Suite on the North side of the stadium
Cost: First session is FREE – £15 for 4 sessions a month or £20 for unlimited online and face to face sessions
