Our ETC is designed to be a central hub for talented local female players from Burton on Trent, Uttoxeter and the surrounding areas, and will work in partnership with grassroots clubs to ensure the offer benefits grassroots players. The Emerging Talent Centre will work with grassroots clubs, schools and local coaches to identify talented female players for this high-level additional training experience, alongside their grassroots training and competitions.
We offer a comprehensive approach to player development, providing all selected girls with access to a high-quality training programme, strength and conditioning coaches, an on-site physiotherapist, nutritional advice, and health and wellbeing support. This programme will be offered across the community, with measures in place to ensure it is accessible and inclusive, enabling all to access elite-level training. Groups will also be invited to play in fixtures and festivals against other ETCs, PGAs, grassroots (Girls & Boys), and international groups/companies.
