Without a host of volunteers donating their time and enthusiasm BACT would find it much harder to succeed.
There are a wide-range of volunteering opportunities at BACT, from matchday work at the Pirelli Stadium, to helping out on the delivery of our day-to-day sessions out in the local community.

- Summary of your role: Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) is the independent charitable arm of Burton Albion FC and are looking to recruit a volunteer grassroots coach to join our Burton Albion FC girl’s teams. Our teams play in local grassroots leagues to giving opportunity for girls to play football. As part of BAFC girls you will be representing the football club and community trust both on and off the pitch. We are looking for coaches that can show manta of Inspire, Engage and educate our players to become better footballers and people.
The role will see the successful candidate work with Burton Albion Ladies junior squads from U11- U18s within the Community Trust scheme. Attendance will be required at weekly training sessions as well as matchdays. This will be organised between the volunteer coach and the other Burton Albion Community Trust coaching staff.
This position requires flexibility as the role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
