BURTON Albion Community Trust is delighted to be named as the first-ever official charity of the Burton & District Chamber of Commerce.
Burton and District Chamber of Commerce is a membership-based organisation that supports a wide range of businesses across East Staffordshire and the surrounding area.
The Chamber will generously raise money for BACT through a calendar of fundraising events, which will go towards supporting the incredible work BACT does on a daily basis across the Burton and East Staffordshire area as the charitable arm of Burton Albion Football Club. The events will take place all across the Burton and District area and are a great way for local businesses to promote themselves.
Burton Albion’s Head of Community Will Evans said: “We are delighted to be named Charity of the Year and would like to thank everyone for their vote of confidence.
“Our mission is to ‘make a difference in our communities through the power of sport and brand of Burton Albion Football Club.
“Partnering with the Chamber will allow us to find new ways of achieving this, and we are looking forward to developing our plans together.”
