BURTON Albion Community Trust is delighted to be named as the official Charity of the Year of Uttoxeter Racecourse for the second year in a row.
The announcement comes after a brilliant first year of working together raised an astonishing £7,552.
The money raised will be going towards BACT’s Alternative provision and will also support other community projects.
BACT Partnerships and Events Manager Stefanie White said: “We are humbled by the amount of money that has been raised. Uttoxeter Racecourse has supported some of our fundraising activities such as our trip to Ghana and we are excited to work together in the coming year at their Family Fun Day and their race days.
“It’s been a privilege to work with Brian and the team to raise the profile of the work BACT do, with the expansion of our education and health provision into the Uttoxeter area over the coming months being just one of the many projects we’ve undertaken.”

As our main charity partner BACT continue to making a real difference in the communities of both Burton and Uttoxeter, through their Healthier, Happier & Stronger strategy.
