BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT) is delighted to announce the date for our 2025 charity run, which will take place on Sunday 8th June, 2025.
Next year’s event will be a 5K run, designed to bring the Burton-on-Trent community together for an exciting day of fitness and fundraising.
Although we had originally planned to host a 10K run this year, circumstances out of our control mean we are currently unable to stage the longer distance version.
In order to continue running this event, we have adapted the route to a 5K version to be hosted next year and we hope this change will open up the opportunity for even more participants to take part whether you are a seasoned athlete or a first-time runner looking for a challenge.
The 5K run will continue to raise vital funds for the many community initiatives supported by BACT. These programmes provide essential services to improve the lives of individuals and families across Burton-on-Trent. By taking part in this event, participants will directly support these efforts while enjoying a fantastic community experience.
We look forward to welcoming participants of all ages and abilities to join us in raising money for a great cause. Mark your calendars for Sunday 8th June 2025 and get ready to lace up your running shoes for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit.
