Fun and gentle weekly fitness sessions in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The exercises we do are aimed at helping balance, co-ordination and strength. They can either be completed standing or seated.
No prior experience is necessary. The most important thing is enjoyment! There’s no need to book, just turn up and enjoy!
